Notice is hereby given that Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health Services, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is operating under the names Gracepoint and GracepointWellness and intends to register with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida the Fictitious Names of Gracepoint and GracepointWellness in compliance with Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes.
