Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 17, 2013 in the above-noted case, that I will sell the following real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows, and all personal property associated therewith:

LESS AND EXCEPT that part of said Lot 25, lying within that certain property vested in the State of Florida Department of Transportation by Orders of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 8887, Page 123, and Official Records Book 8932, Page 834, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as Commence at a 5/8” diameter iron rod with cap No. LB-148 marking the Southwest corner of Lot 24 as a point of reference; thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 24, N84°21'59”E, a distance of 114.51 to the Westerly existing right-of-way line of West Gulf Boulevard; thence along said Westerly right-of-way line N06°22'59”W, a distance of 48.35 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right-of-way line, S72°25'00”W, a distance of 9.03 feet; thence N06°49'35”W, a distance of 2.01 feet; thence N14°42'01”W, a distance of 74.32 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 25; thence along said Northerly lot line N66°33'46”E, a distance of 20.52 feet to the Southerly existing right-of-way line of State Road No. 699 - Gulf Boulevard and the said existing Westerly right-of-way line of West Gulf Boulevard; thence along said Westerly existing right-of-way line, S06°22'59”E, a distance of 79.81 feet to the Point of Beginning.
