NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006414CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PHH is the Plaintiff and Mile Colakovic, Koviljka Colakovic and 4th Street Condominium Association, Inc. are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on July 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 134, BUILDING 334, PARKLANE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS, OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5551, PAGE(S) 1082 THROUGH 1152 AS AMENDED; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE(S) 79 THROUGH 84, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
