Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1923, BUILDING 19, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AT FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2625 SR 590 #1923, Clearwater, FL 33759, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on JULY 8, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
