NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09017710CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2005-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2005-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DEC 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and FRANCIS H. AUDETTE A/K/A FRANK AUDETTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK AUDETTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING L.L.C., AS ASSIGNEE OF BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 16, DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
