Unit 308 of IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM IX, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4249, Page 1180 and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 68 through 76, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements.
The street address of which is 19029 US Highway 19 N., Apt #9-308, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 8, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
