Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, as Clerk, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 6, HARSHAW LAKE NO. 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of July, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
