Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12003557CI-15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and SAUNDRA L. SALERNO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAUNDRA L. SALERNO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM INC. NO 1; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DALTON COX AS OF APRIL 12, 2004; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 2, OF PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 62 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2758, PAGES 368 THROUGH 421, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
