NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-5175 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Helenea Paul; Shawn M. Yesner, Esq.; Cove Cay Community Association, Inc.; Cove Cay Village IV Community Association, Inc.; Unicoat Industrial Roofing Corporation; Piper Fire Protection, Inc.; and Harbor Renovations, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 21, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 4-D, Building No. 1, of Cove Cay Village IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, page(s) 56-61, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4993, page 1579 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
