NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-012892, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and TRACEY HUDDLESTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRACEY HUDDLESTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, LESS THE NORTH 57.5 FEET, LESS THE WEST 20 FEET, AND ALSO LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF; AND LOT 13, LESS THE NORTH 57.5 FEET, AND ALSO LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 13, BAYOU HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
