Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 entered in Case No. 08-007736-CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORATION, as Trustee of RDC Land Trust dated March 1, 2013, is Plaintiff and MARY KATE HALL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Nominee for HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (f/k/a Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.); the unknown spouse of Mary Kate Hall; and all other persons claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the Complaint are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, PARADISE ISLAND SIXTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, AND OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
