Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 15, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT 111, LAKESIDE GARDENS II, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 38A THROUGH 38E, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAKESIDE GARDENS II, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2499, PAGE 1749, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 26333 NADIR RD, UNIT 111, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on February 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
