Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages entered on July 8, 2013 and Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on October 22, 2013, in Case No.: 2011-3615-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and GULF CITRUS MARKETING, L.L.C., et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court of Charlotte County will sell at public sale the following described real property:
A portion of Section 34, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, being more specifically described as follows:

From a concrete monument marking the intersection of the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of S.R. 35 (US Highway #17) according to the Florida Department of Transportation right-of-way map (Section 01040-(2504)(2510); thence run North 43Ëš08'35” East, along the said right-of-way, a distance of 186.56 feet to a concrete monument marking the Northeast corner of Lot 23, 1775 Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 61, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida and the point of beginning of the lands herein described:

thence continue North 43Ëš08'35” East, along said right-of-way a distance of 330.0 feet; thence North 46Ëš56'32” West, a distance of 416.72 feet to the plat limit of said 1775 Industrial Park; thence South 43Ëš08'35” West, along said plat limit, a distance of 330.00 feet; thence South 46Ëš56'32” East, along said plat limit of 1775 Industrial Park, a distance of 416.72 feet to the point of beginning.

Said land being one and the same as those lands described in Official Records Book 179, page 113, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Less and Except right-of-way for State Road #35 (US Highway #17)
The sale will be held on December 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
