NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th, October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-004012 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Linda Willis, Randolph Willis, South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Linda Willis, The Unknown Spouse of Randolph Willis, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4357, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, 27A THROUGH 27L, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
