NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13001020CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and MARIE ORLANDO; JOSEPH ORLANDO; SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 31 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4372, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 71, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 27A THROUGH 27L. INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
