NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-002576, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RP1 is Plaintiff, and CHARLES MOORE; EMMA MOORE; FREEWAY FUNDING; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 24 day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 21882 HERNANDO AVENUE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
