NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-003551 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EVA PAPROCKI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVA PAPROCKI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A PETER HERBERT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIANNA LAURENCE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 20 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
