NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-3017-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INDB 2006-1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and EDWARD V. KUDRITZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD V. KUDRITZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK F.S.B.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
