OMAR A. MARTINEZ A/K/A OMAR ALBERTO MARTINEZ; BRENDA M. MARTINEZ; QUALITY DOOR COMPANY, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

The clerk shall sell the following property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on February 13, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
LOT 2, BLOCK 167, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A THRU 16Z7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
