NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-009722 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and WALTER MASLO; SARAH MASLO; COURTYARD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCAITION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 36, COURTYARD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003, PAGES 1982 ET SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 144 THROUGH 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
