The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, November 12, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 24 FEET, THENCE WEST 31.6 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST EDGE OF A SIDEWALK BORDERING THE WEST SIDE OF RANGE LINE ROAD AND THE NORTH SIDE OF A SIDEWALK BORDERING THE NORTH SIDE OF VIRGINIA STREET ( A LONG EXISTING STREET NOW REFERRED TO AS 21ST AVENUE EAST), RUN THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SIDEWALK BORDERING THE NORTH SIDE OF VIRIGINIA STREET 402.5 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 187 FEET, THENCE WEST 99 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 167 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SIDEWALK; RUN THENCE EAST 99 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SIDEWALK TO THE POINT OF BGEGINNING., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
