NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002345 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Deborah L. Ulbricht a/k/a Deborah L. Salah a/k/a Deborah Salah are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 7612, CAROLINA LANDINGS AT UNIVERSITY PLACE CONDOMINIUM A, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1859, PAGE 5594, AND ACCORDING TO THE MASTER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1875, PAGE 3302, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
