NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001324 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Samuel Spitz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 7417, BUILDING 4, EAGLE CREEK II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1135, PAGES 295 THROUGH 360, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 103 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
