NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002012 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1, Plaintiff and Bettie Jackson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, WATERFORD, PHASE I AND III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 57 THROUGH 69, AND AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
