NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001499 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust Series 2005-S001, Plaintiff and Marjorie B. Jackson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 52, PARKWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 509, PAGE 191, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 62, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
