Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA004423AX , in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2006-QS11 is the Plaintiff, and SUSAN A. HATCH, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE SUSAN A. HATCH, REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED JULY 11, 2000, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 100, CORDOVA LAKES, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 150 THROUGH 152, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
