NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA003804 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., is the Plaintiff and SHEILA MAZION-HARDY; DAVID HARDY A/K/A DAVID L. HARDY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANTHONY KENT are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE EAST 15 FEET, AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK D, ORANGE RIDGECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
