NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003515 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK, NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2005-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC1, is the Plaintiff and RUBY A. CRAWFORD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 50, AND THE WEST 46 FEET OF LOT 49, TAMIAMI PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 125, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
