NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA002266AX of the Circuit Court of the 12 Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Unknown Tenant #2, Joan P. Grabowski, Unknown Spouse Of Joan P. Grabowski, Lakebridge Condominium Association, Inc, United States Of America On Behalf Of Secretary Of Housing And U, and Unknown Tenant #1 the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 42, Lakebridge South, Phase A, A Condominium According To The Declaration Of Condominium Recorded In Official Records Book 1195, Pages 292 Through 362, Inclusive, And Amendments Thereto, And As Per Plat Thereof Recorded In Condominium Book 21, Pages 68 Through 71, And As Amended In Condominium Book 23, Pages 161 Through 166, In Condominium Book 24, Pages 185 Through 188 And In Condominium Book 25, Pages 12 Through 16, All Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.
