NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 003787, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. RBS FINANCIAL PRODUCTS INC., Plaintiff and KRISTINE ARRIAGA A/K/A KRISTINE L. ARRIAGA; FELIX ARRIAGA A/K/A FELIX ARRIAGA, JR.; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this November 19th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
