NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 011665 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Antonio L. Bautista-Lopez; Ernestina Bautista-Lopez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation; North Orange Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Aqua Finance, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
