Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment as to Count V entered in this cause on October 18, 2013, in the County Court of Manatee County, I will sell the real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7, Week 52 of VIA ROMA BEACH RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1007, beginning at Page 710, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 19, 2013, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
