Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 6, IN BUILDING 108, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINUIM, a CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
and commonly known as: 108 SANTA CLARA DRIVE #6, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse Naples, FL on November 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
