NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2011-CA-006830 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 22nd day of November, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 620 FEET WEST FROM THE SE CORNER OF SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RUN THENCE WEST 120 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE, THENCE NORTH 400 FEET, THENCE EAST 120 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 400 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND
BEGINNING 740 FEET WEST FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LAND CONVEYED TO ROBERTA LOUISE FOREMAN AND HER HUSBAND DOLPHUS LEE FOREMAN, 400 FEET TO THE CENTER OF A CERTAIN DRAINAGE DITCH AS NOW LOCATED, THENCE WEST ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID DRAINAGE DITCH AND TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE MAIN CANAL OF PIERCE SAW GRASS DRAINAGE DISTRICT, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SAID CENTER LINE OF MAIN CANAL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 29, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR TALLEVAST ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 1731, PAGE 5971 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
