notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003920 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Chad Michael Crouse a/k/a Chad M. Crouse a/k/a Chad Crouse and Anna Ruth Crouse a/k/a Anna R. Crouse, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES , FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on November 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 75, HUNTINGTON LAKES FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2688, PAGES 1 THROUGH 92, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
