YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 4103, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1107, PAGE 1413, ET SEQ, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGES 9 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3766 W 59th Avenue, Bradenton, Florida 34210
you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
