NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23, July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009378 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Luis M. Valdes, Yoelkis Valdes, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SoutStar Funding, LLC, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
