NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009642ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. is the Plaintiff and NORA BAEZ A/K/A NORA DAVILA BISONO AKA NORA BISONO A/K/A NORA MARIE BAEZ; SAMUEL BAEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of November, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
