NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004585 ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, DUY TONY PHAM AKA DUY T. PHAM AKA DUY PHAM JUDY NGUYEN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 26th day of November, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 10, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 130 THROUGH 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
