NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007071-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as trustee for WMALT 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and Nely Nida G. Villavicencio a/k/a Nely Nilda G. Villavicencio, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
