Livingston, Albert Mendigorin, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC (f/k/a Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.), are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, SUNSET ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
