NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-006071ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MARIBELL RENGIFO A/K/A MARIBEL RENGIFO A/K/A MARIBLE RENGIFO; HOOVER RENGIFO; LUIS MONTOYA; JAQUELINA MONTOYA; TIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 14 day of November, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 20, OF TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 70 THROUGH 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 9432 Wellstone Drive, Land O Lakes, FL 34638.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
