Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case No. 2011-CA-6098-NC, on October 22, 2013 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the above-titled court, will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Units 8A -through 8T, South Bridge Park No.. 4, a Condominium, per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official' Records Book 2009, Pages 410 through 480, inclusive, amended in Official Records Book 2125, Page 2915, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Page 3, 3A and 3B, amended in Condominium Book 28, Pages 4, 4A and 4B, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on December 2, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashiers check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
