Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasoa County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Block 570, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 6, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November 2013, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE PER SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
