NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000583 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer Clarkson a/k/a Jennifer L. Clarkson, City of Sarasota, Las Palmas of Sarasota Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Doug Healy, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4101, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INS. #2004247846, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
