NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004937 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and GARY L LEE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC.; VICTORIA LEE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, SWAAN ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 28 AND 28A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
