NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-019772-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Beneficial Florida, Inc., Plaintiff and Paulette S. Braun are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M. on November 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK H, GOLF VIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
