NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011375 SC Div. C of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SERGEI A. KOVALEV, VERA KOVALEV, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 n/k/a DAVID KOUALEV, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 n/k/a ALINA KOUALEV, WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., DMITRIY A. DIMOV, INNA DIMOV, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on December 10, 2013, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 554, EIGHTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 6, 6A through 6V, inclusive, of the Public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
