NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004800-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SARM 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and G. SCOT SRODES; MELISSA S SRODES; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK 7, HUDSON BAYOU ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF SARASOTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 236, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, OF WHICH SARASOTA COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, FLORIDA AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE ALLEY SHOWN ON THE PLAT ADJOINING LOT 15 ON THE NORTH SIDE THEREOF.
