NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 008420 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and ALEXIS T. SOCKWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXIS T. SOCKWELL IF ANY; LEE ANN FLEISSNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEE ANN FLEISSNER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19thday of November, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK J, VALENCIA TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDING IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
